Commission Terms

Commission Process:

  • Commissions begin with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, size, medium, and budget

  • A 20% deposit is required to begin work

  • The remaining 80% is due upon completion and approval

  • Typical completion time is 6-8 weeks, depending on availability

  • On occasion if the finished piece doesn’t meet your needs, you are not obligated to purchase, and the original deposit is refundable once sold to another buyer

Copyright: Amanda Krantz Studio retains copyright of all commissioned work and reserves the right to photograph, display, and use images of the work for promotional purposes.

Commercial Licensing

Prints of original artwork may be licensed for commercial use under a separate licensing agreement. Commercial use includes but is not limited to: advertising, product packaging, merchandise, or publication.

All commercial licensing must be arranged in advance through a written contract. Please contact us directly to discuss licensing opportunities and fees.

Unauthorised commercial use of any artwork will be subject to legal action.
