Verdant Night was inspired by a recent trip to Singapore, where one is immersed in the layered foliage of tropical gardens. The works aim to mimic these layers with pours of psychedelic patterns in opaque and diaphanous paint skins and paint layers, creating luminous foliage on an overgrown garden path, and mystery in the garden beyond.
